A Nice, Tasty and Healthy Lasagna Dip you should try.

Although this may look fattening, you can feel good eating this because it is made with ground turkey for those of you watching you figure.  This recipe calls for your favorite pasta sauce, and we suggest, going to the market or the organic grocer to make your own homemade pasta sauce,  because you know your family already loves it.  Pair this with a fantastic Italian crusty bread and everybody will love this.

Cook time: 15 mins
Total time: 25 mins

Ingredients
8 ounces ground turkey
1 tablespoon oil
8 ounces ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
2 cups Italian-style tomato sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
optional: fresh parsley
breadsticks or garlic bread for dipping

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Add ground turkey and oil to a pan. Stir over medium heat until cooked through, being sure to break up the turkey into small pieces as it cooks. Set aside.
Mix together ½ cup parmesan cheese and ricotta cheese. Spread mixture into the bottom of a small-medium casserole dish.
Add tomato sauce in an even layer on top of ricotta mixture. Top with ground turkey. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the meat and sauce.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Top with fresh parsley if desired and serve with breadsticks or garlic bread for dipping. Enjoy!
