Garlic Butter Salmon & Shrimp

Garlic Butter Salmon & Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

How to prepare it

  1. Season the seafood:

Pat the salmon and shrimp dry, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. This creates an easy seafood recipe, restaurant-quality dinner, and best family meal.

  2. Cook the salmon:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Transfer to a plate for a perfectly seared salmon, quick dinner idea, and gourmet home cooking.

  3. Sear the shrimp:

In the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet for an easy shrimp recipe, weeknight seafood meal, and restaurant-style favorite.

  4. Make the garlic butter sauce:

Reduce the heat and melt the butter. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over everything for the best garlic butter sauce, comfort food favorite, and easy elegant dinner.

  5. Serve and enjoy:

Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or crusty bread for a special occasion meal, easy weeknight dinner, and seafood lover’s favorite.
