Spaghetti with shrimp recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 grams spaghetti

  • 400 g peeled shrimp

  • 500 grams peeled tomatoes into chunks

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • ½ onion

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in a pan in abundant oil.

  2. Add the tomatoes , without seeds and garlic into small pieces removing the bud (or integer). As soon as the tomato is wilted and well flavored , season with salt and plenty of pepper ; cook for a few moments and then scrambling to flame , flame lighter, finish cooking for about twenty minutes .

  3. At this point, add the peeled shrimp , finely chopped parsley and cook for few minutes lascaire .

  4. Cook the spaghetti al dente and add them to the sauce.

  5. Sautee , over high heat for some time and still serve with a sprinkling chopped parsley.
