Spray a baking pan that has a rim with cooking spray.
Add the frozen artichoke hearts on the pan and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Using your hands toss them to coat in the oil and seasoning
Spread them evenly on the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes - this lends tender roasted artichokes that are lightly browned on the bottom. Or flip them and bake them for 5-10 minutes longer for a lightly crispier texture
