Roasted Artichoke Hearts
This recipe for roasted artichoke hearts
Equipment
- 1 baking pan
Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen artichoke hearts quarters
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Spray a baking pan that has a rim with cooking spray.
- Add the frozen artichoke hearts on the pan and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Using your hands toss them to coat in the oil and seasoning
- Spread them evenly on the pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes - this lends tender roasted artichokes that are lightly browned on the bottom. Or flip them and bake them for 5-10 minutes longer for a lightly crispier texture
