  • 1 baking pan


  • 16 ounces frozen artichoke hearts quarters
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • salt and pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
  • Spray a baking pan that has a rim with cooking spray.
  • Add the frozen artichoke hearts on the pan and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Using your hands toss them to coat in the oil and seasoning
  • Spread them evenly on the pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes - this lends tender roasted artichokes that are lightly browned on the bottom. Or flip them and bake them for 5-10 minutes longer for a lightly crispier texture
