“I Hate You Then I Love You” is a song sung as a duet between Celine Dion and Luciano Pavarotti. It was first released as a track on Celine Dion’s 1997 album Let’s Talk About Love. Celine and Luciano performed this song live during the Pavarotti & Friends for the Children of Liberia benefit concert on June 9, 1998.

Céline Marie Claudette Dion emerged as a teen star in the French-speaking world after her manager and future husband René Angélil mortgaged his home to finance her first record.
