Asparagus Puff Pastry with our Roasted Garlic Onion Jam
What you need:

1 jar @stonewallkitchen Roasted Garlic Onion Jam

1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed

¾ cup shredded gruyere cheese

½ pound thin asparagus, ends removed and cut to fit the width of the puff pastry
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F degrees

Lay puff pastry on a parchment paper lined baking sheet

Using a knife, score the edges about 1 inch from all sides (don’t go all the way through, but enough to make a mark)

Pierce the puff pastry with a fork and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown

Carefully remove from oven and evenly spread a layer of @stonewallkitchen Roasted Garlic Onion Jam, followed by the gruyere cheese and a single layer of asparagus.

Bake for another 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and asparagus is cooked.

Slice into 6-8 squares and serve immediately.
