Fried green beans

Ingredients

  • for 4 people:

  • Green beans 300g

  • oil (for frying)

  • 1 lemon

  • parsley

  • salt.

For the batter

  • Flour 80g

  • 2 eggs

  • milk

  • salt.

PREPARATION

  1. Wash the beans and cut off the ends, then boil them in plenty of boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain them well and prepare the batter: add the eggs with the milk, a pinch of salt and flour and mix well.

  2. Soak the beans a few and put into the batter then  fry in hot oil.

  3. Drain them and put them to dry on a paper towel;  sprinkle with parsley and serve hot sprinkled with lemon juice.
