Fried green beans
Ingredients

for 4 people:

Green beans 300g
-
oil (for frying)
-
1 lemon
-
parsley
-
salt.
For the batter
-
Flour 80g
-
2 eggs
-
milk
-
salt.
PREPARATION

Wash the beans and cut off the ends, then boil them in plenty of boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain them well and prepare the batter: add the eggs with the milk, a pinch of salt and flour and mix well.

Soak the beans a few and put into the batter then fry in hot oil.

Drain them and put them to dry on a paper towel; sprinkle with parsley and serve hot sprinkled with lemon juice.
