Italian Potato Salad made Calabrese Style: When you think Italian potatoes are not one of the foods that immediately jump to mind. However there are a number of Italian recipes that feature this humble vegetable. Italian Potato Salad is just one. It is one of my favorites. If you are used to only the German or American Potato salads, which I love too you are in for a treat when you try this recipe. Add some crusty bread and a glass of wine and ….. Delizioso…!

Some people add string beans shown in the photo below which we love also but this one that Pina is featuring today is the most simple, quick and easy to make. You just need potatoes, garlic, onion, salt, oregano and olive oil. That’s it… Simple and most delicious. 

Here in our Everybody Loves Italian Family we love to present wonderful videos of passionate people from around the world. Pina is one of those lovely people. I’m not sure but from the sound of her voice it seems to me that she is coming to us from Australia. The video is nicely done and the recipe reminds me of the potato salad that my mom used to make. We still make it today. Love It..!
