  2. 1.5 l of water

  3. 300 g of mushrooms

  4. 500 g of sausage

  5. 1/2 carrot

  6. 1/2 shallot

  7. 1 clove of garlic

  8. 400 ml of tomato sauce

  9. 1/2 glass of white wine

  10. grated Parmesan cheese

  11. chopped parsley

  12. salt

  13. extra virgin olive oil
