Rolls of speck, smoked scamorza and potatoes
Ingredients
Makes 8 rolls

speck, 8 slices

smoked scamorza cheese 8 slices

2 potatoes
PROCEDURE

Boil the potatoes and cut into into 4 wedges each

Place in the center of a slice of speck a slice of smoked scamorza cheese and a wedge of boiled potato.

Wrap forming a roll.Use a tooth pick to hold together

Bake the rolls at 390° for 5 or 10 minutes, just long enough to let the smoke cheese melt.
