Makes 8 rolls

  1. speck,  8 slices

  2. smoked scamorza cheese 8 slices

  3. 2 potatoes

PROCEDURE

  1. Boil the potatoes and cut into into 4 wedges each

  2. Place in the center of a slice of speck a slice of smoked scamorza cheese  and a wedge of boiled potato.

  3. Wrap forming a roll.Use a tooth pick to hold together

  4. Bake the rolls at 390° for 5 or 10 minutes, just long enough to let the smoke cheese melt.
