Boiled eggs in tomatoes sauce
Ingredients
For 6 people:

12 eggs
-
peeled chopped tomatoes 400 gr

olive oil 0.5 dl
-
hot pepper (to taste)

salt.
PREPARATION

Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes in boiling water, then rinse under running cold water and peel them.

Separately in a pan cook the tomatoes in olive oil, add salt and stir frequently with a wooden spoon.

Add the eggs and let them flavor being careful not to break them.

Sprinkle with chili powder and serve piping hot.
