Boiled eggs in tomatoes sauce

Ingredients

For 6 people:

  • 12 eggs

  • peeled chopped tomatoes 400 gr

  • olive oil 0.5 dl

  • hot pepper (to taste)

  • salt.

PREPARATION

  1. Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes in boiling water, then rinse under running cold water and peel them.

  2. Separately in a  pan cook the tomatoes in olive oil, add salt and stir frequently with a wooden spoon.

  3. Add the eggs and let them flavor being careful not to break them.

  4. Sprinkle with chili powder and serve piping hot.
