Cheesy Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  •  1 pound sausage your choice without casing

  •  1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess water

  •  1 cup Biscuit & Baking Mix

  •  2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  •  1/4 cup milk

  •  1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Marinara sauce, heated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2.  In a large bowl, add sausage, spinach, dry mix, cheeses, milk, herb seasoning and garlic powder; mix together with hands or spoon.

  3. Shape into 1-inch balls and place ½-inch apart on greased baking sheet; bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
