Chicken with grappa


For 4 people:

  • 1 chicken

  • margarine 80 gr

  • 1 cup white wine

  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste

  • grappa

    can use Cognac, Brandy or Whisky.

  • salt.


  1. Clean, wash and chop the chicken, dry and brown it in a pan with margarine.

  2. Add the anchovy paste and wine, let it evaporate on low heat.

  3. Add salt and stir frequently until cooked.

  4. Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle brandy and cook over high heat for it to absorb.
