Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs separated yolks and whites
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • bunch Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cut the tomatoes in half and then place them in the oiled pan in the shape of 2 rings.
  • Position the egg yolks in the center of each circle
  • Pour the egg whites into the pan. outside of circle
  • Decorate with parsley.
