A huge Italian crumb cookie
Ingredients

Flour 200g

sugar 200g

shelled almonds 200g

2 egg yolks
-
2 tablespoons cream
-
butter 20 gr
-
salt.
PREPARATION

Put the almonds in boiling water, spellatele and whisk together 3 tablespoons sugar.
