Heart shaped hazelnut chocolate cookies
Ingredients:
- 100 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of corn flour
- 100 g of hazelnut flour
- 130 g of corn malt
- 60 ml of corn oil
- 1/2 packet of yeast
- 1/2 c vanilla
- 1/2 c cinnamon
- 60 ml of warm water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g of dark chocolate
Procedure:
- Mix all the dry ingredients .
- Warm the malt in a double boiler and mix with the oil and water.
- Combine the liquid ingredients to dry ones and mix ; obtained a soft but not sticky ball , continue to knead on a floured surface , then let it rest in the fridge for 1/2 hour .
- Roll out the dough using 2 sheets of parchment paper and draw hearts,
- Cook in the oven at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Baked cookies ,
- melt the chocolate in a double boiler , then dip the hearts at will.
- Arrange the hearts on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper ;
- When they have cooled , let them rest in the fridge for about 1 hour to firm up the good chocolate.
