Heart shaped hazelnut chocolate cookies


  • 100 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g of corn flour
  • 100 g of hazelnut flour
  • 130 g of corn malt
  • 60 ml of corn oil
  • 1/2 packet of yeast
  • 1/2 c vanilla
  • 1/2 c cinnamon
  • 60 ml of warm water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g of dark chocolate


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients .
  2. Warm the malt in a double boiler and mix with the oil and water.
  3. Combine the liquid ingredients to dry ones and mix ; obtained a soft but not sticky ball , continue to knead on a floured surface , then let it rest in the fridge for 1/2 hour .
  4.  Roll out the dough using 2 sheets of parchment paper and draw hearts,
  5. Cook in the oven at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Baked cookies ,

  1. melt the chocolate in a double boiler , then dip the hearts at will.
  2. Arrange the hearts  on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper ;
  3. When they have cooled , let them rest in the fridge for about 1 hour to firm up the good chocolate.
