Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
- 
4 cups button mushrooms
 - 
½ cup chopped peppers
 - 
½ tsp each salt and pepper
 - 
1 tsp chopped rosemary
 - 
1 lemon (scorched and quartered)
 - 
⅓ cup olive oil
 
Instructions
- 
Bring mushrooms to the boil in salted water.
 - 
Remove and immerse in ice water.
 - 
Add in remaining ingredients and let sit at room temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes.
 - 
Adjust salt to personal taste.
