Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 
2 T butter
 - 
2 T flour
 - 
½ tsp mustard powder
 - 
2 tsp fresh oregano (or ½ tsp dried)
 - 
1 crushed garlic clove
 - 
1½ cup milk
 - 
¾ cup shredded cheddar
 - 
12 large mushroom (stems chopped up)
 - 
½ cup chopped prosciutto
 - 
pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- 
Melt the butter and beat in the flour.
 - 
Let cook for 30 seconds to get rid of the raw flour taste.
 - 
Add in the milk and the spices slowly and beat until thickened.
 - 
Add in the mushrooms, cheese, chopped stems and prosciutto.
 - 
Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture and bake at 375 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
