  1. 4 Pieces of Salmon

  2. 1lb of Shrimp, peeled and deveined

  3. 4 Cloves of Garlic, minced

  4. 1/2 pt of Grape Tomatoes, halved

  5. 1/2 cup of Sun Dried Tomatoes

  6. Olive Oil

  7. 3/4 cup of Dry White Wine

  8. 3/4 cup of Heavy Cream

  9. 2 Tbsp of Chopped Parsley

  10. 2 Tbsp of Chopped Basil

  11. 1/4 cup of Freshly Grated Parm

  12. Salt and Pepper to taste
