Salmon Brown Sugar Chili Crust
Ingredients

1/3 Cup brown sugar

1 Tbsp. chili powder

1 Tbsp. softened butter
Directions

Mix together: 1/3 Cup brown sugar, 1 Tbsp. chili powder and 1 Tbsp. softened butter

Spread the crust over the salmon.

Bake at 350F for 12 minutes and turn the tray.

Bake another 7 minutes.

Broil for one or two minutes to make it extra crispy. Stay right there to ensure it doesn’t burn.

Let the salmon rest and serve immediately.
