Salmon Brown Sugar Chili Crust

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder

  • 1 Tbsp. softened butter

Directions

  1. Mix together: 1/3 Cup brown sugar, 1 Tbsp. chili powder and 1 Tbsp. softened butter

  2. Spread the crust over the salmon.

  3. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes and turn the tray.

  4. Bake another 7 minutes.

  5. Broil for one or two minutes to make it extra crispy. Stay right there to ensure it doesn’t burn.

  6. Let the salmon rest and serve immediately.
