Ingredients

For 1 Person(s)

For the Hero:

  • 1 Italian hero

  • broccoli rabe

  • Cervellata (pin wheel) sausage

  • salt

Directions

  1. Saute the Broccoli Rabe – Recipe HERE

  2. Grill the Cervellata Sausage to your liking

  3. Slice the bread and insert some Broccoli Rabe and plenty of Sausage.

  4. Enjoy!
