Sausage Tarts

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. refrigerated butterflake rolls

  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage, crumbled

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Grease miniature muffin tins.

  3. Separate each roll into 8 layers.

  4. Press one layer into each muffin section.

  5. n a skillet, brown the sausage and drain.

  6. Spoon equally over dough.

  7. Combine eggs, ricotta, parsley, salt, pepper and Parmesan.

  8. Spoon over sausage.

  9. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
