2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 tsp of Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp of fresh chopped Parsley

2 6oz Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast

A little more Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to dress the salad
