Baked rolled salt cod
Ingredients
for 6 people:

Salt cod already soaked 1 kg

12 anchovy fillets in oil

3 garlic cloves
-
ground cinnamon
-
3 tablespoons chopped parsley

a truffle sliced

salt, pepper.
For cooking
-
Raisins already soaked and drained 50g

1 onion, chopped

olive oil ½ dl
-
dry white wine (to taste).
PREPARATION

Cut the cod into boxes at the center of which you place an anchovy, a slice of garlic and a truffle flavored with chopped parsley, salt and pepper and roll up the fish forming a roll that will stop with a toothpick or wire white kitchen.

Repeat the same operation for all the slices of cod then you place the rolls in a baking dish greased with oil; add onion, raisins, sprinkle again with a little olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

At 5 minutes by thorough cooking, sprinkle with white wine and let it consume.
Serve hot and steaming.
