Bucatini with asparagus and sausage

Ingredients For 6 people:

Bucatini (or spaghetti) 500 gr
2 bunches of wild asparagus
2 sausages flavored with fennel seeds
olive oil
salt, pepper.


Clean the asparagus by flushing the stem between your fingers so that it comes off only the most tender to the tip, then put them in a pan with half a glass of water, oil and salt. Cook for a few minutes then add the crumbled sausage and cook.
In a pot with plenty of boiling salted water, cook the pasta and, when complete cooking, drain and flavor with the prepared sauce of sausage and asparagus.
Serve warm.
