Calabrian bocconotti
Ingredients

for 8 people:

Flour 1 kg

sugar 400g
-
grape jam (or other fruit)

lard 300 gr
-
6 eggs.
PREPARATION

Pour the flour on a pastry board, then add the sugar, lard and eggs. Knead well until mixture is smooth and homogeneous then, roll out the dough into a sheet, not too thin and, with this, lining the small round molds, previously greased with lard.

Fill the molds with jam and cover with a layer of pasta by welding the edges.

Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C until will be golden brown.

Serve cold.
