Here’s a great recipe for Cioppino Crostini courtesy of Fabio Viviani – Fabio’s Kitchen. It is a true seafood delight filled with scallops, clams, mussels, calamari and shrimp. And, don’t forget the crusty bread!
Here are the ingredients:
Grilled or toasted Clams & Mussels:

Extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

½ dozen clams
-
½ dozen mussels
-
½ cup white wine
-
½ cup tomato sauce
-
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Calamari, Shrimp, & Scallops:
-
Extra virgin olive oil
-
1 tablespoon minced garlic
-
Pinch of red pepper flakes
-
½ small red onion, diced
-
½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
-
½ pound calamari sliced into 1” rings
-
One dozen medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
-
One dozen small bay scallops
-
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
-
Salt and freshly ground pepper

2 slices rustic bread
