Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

Crispy Parmesan Potatoes


  • 5 medium potatoes, cut in chunks

  • About 3 – 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2.  Spread on a greased baking sheet.

  3. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.

  4. Turn occasionally so they don’t burn.

  5. The potatoes should be tender and lightly browned.
