Cuttlefish and peppers salad
Cleaned cuttlefish 1 kg
3 peppers
1 dl of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
oregano
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
salt.
PREPARATION
Roast on the grill the squid already cleaned and cut into pieces; do the same with the peppers, then private of the skin and cut into slices. Add the squid with peppers and season with salt, oregano, garlic and parsley.
Finally sprinkle with plenty of olive oil, mix well and cook for about 1 hour before serving.
