Homemade cheese crisps make everything better.

INGREDIENTS

  •     1 cup finely grated hard cheese.

    We recommend  Parmigiano-Reggiano, Asiago, aged Cheddar, or Manchego.

TOOLS YOU NEED

  •    Large Nonstick Skillet

  •     Cheese grater

  •     Silicon Spatula

PREP

  1.     Grate you cheese of choice into a pile and set aside. Don’t use pre-grated cheese as they contain flower and other additives to keep the cheese from stick together!

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

  1.     Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2.     Working in batches, scoop mounds of finely grated Parmesan or Grana Padano cheese (1 tbsp per mound) onto skillet, spreading each mound about 3″ wide and spacing at least 1″ apart.

  3.     Bake cheese until light brown and melted, 5-6 minutes.

  4.     Remove from oven and shape how you’d like, and enjoy!
