Italian Toast – Italian Cook Gary – Gary’s Italian Kitchen

I remember this. Our mother used to make it for us all the time. Especially during the holidays. At Christmas during our Christmas breakfast she would fix these simple and wonderful things. We thought they were so special.

And she called it Italian Toast. That’s it. But wonderful. Great Memories. I make them for our grandkids now.
