Italian Two Bean Salad
Ingredients

10 oz Borlotti beans canned

10 oz Cannellini beans canned

2 stick celery sliced

1 small red onion sliced thin

2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese to grate
Dressing
-
6 tablespoons olive oil
-
2 tablespoon wine vinegar
-
4 cloves garlic minced/grated
-
0.5 teaspoon oregano
-
12 leaves basil torn into quarters

salt to taste
-
black pepper freshly ground, to taste
Instructions

Combine beans, celery and onion in a bowl.

Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing, then pour over the bean salad mix well.

Grate Parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
