Mixed Greens w/ Lemon Pepper Dressing

Servings: 4-6


  • 1 small head butterhead lettuce, chopped

  • 1 small head of romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 rotating green, chef’s choice, optional

  • lemon

  • olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper


  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice with about a ration of 3:2 olive oil to lemon juice in a medium sized jar

  2. Season with salt and pepper, close the lid, then shake.

  3. Toss salad with and serve.
