Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
Cheese sauce:

2 T butter
-
2 T flour
-
½ tsp mustard powder
-
2 tsp fresh oregano (or ½ tsp dried)

1 crushed garlic clove

1½ cup milk
-
¾ cup shredded cheddar
-
12 large mushroom(stems removed and chopped up)

½ cup chopped prosciutto
-
pepper to taste
Instructions
-
Melt the butter and beat in the flour.

Let cook for 30 seconds to get rid of the raw flour taste.

Add in the milk and the spices slowly and beat until thickened.

Add in the , cheese, chopped mushroom stems and prosciutto.

Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture and bake at 375 for 30 minutes
