Sole Gaeta’ style
Ingredients

For 4 people:

Sole fillets 400 gr
-
margarine 100 gr
-
5 tablespoons of lemon juice
-
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
-
1 teaspoon of oregano
-
2 cloves garlic
-
salt, pepper.
PREPARATION

Grease a large baking pan with margarine and arrange the fillets of soles adjacent to each other and then sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle with lemon, add salt, pepper and oregano; then add the garlic cloves cut in two pieces and put on the surface still a few knobs of margarine.

Place in preheated oven at 160 degrees and cook for about 15 minutes. Will be cooked when the surface will have formed a golden crust.

If you want you can add further lemon juice.
