Veal Roll with Cotechino

For 6 people:

2 cotechini

breast of veal in 2 slices.
PREPARATION

Pierce with a fork the cotechini and put them to soak in warm water for about 2 hours, then remove them from the water, free them of the gut and wrap them in a piece of meat that will sew with the white wire.

Put them in boiling water and cook for about 3 hours.

Serve very hot
