Zucchini and Chickpea Meatball recipe
Ingredients
(for about 7 meatballs):

1/2 zucchini

1 handful of boiled chickpeas

1/2 onion (small)

6 green olives

kamut milk to taste

extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper

bread crumbs
Procedure:

Mix with the blender zucchini (chopped) with onion (also chopped) and olives (1 pinch of salt and pepper), using a little ‘milk kamut until you get a smooth consistency.

Then add the chickpeas and 1 drop of extra virgin olive oil, whisking and if necessary adding a little ‘milk.

Finally abound with bread crumbs, do not be put off by the texture too soft, and create balls helping with the breadcrumbs. 1 brown them in a pan with little oil until they are golden brown.
