Cavatelli & Broccolini


  • 2 heads of brocolini

  • 1 lb. cavatelli

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced

  • red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh, grated parmesan (for topping)


  1. When water boils, add in pasta & broccolini… cook to cavatelli package instructions, then drain.

  2. While the pasta & broccolini are cooking, heat the olive oil on medium heat, add the garlic slices & cook until they are golden.

  3. Be VERY careful not to burn the garlic!

  4. Add in the red pepper flakes if using.

  5. Add the pasta & broccolini to the garlic oil sauce & toss together.

  6. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
