Elderflower fritters
Ingredients
for 4 people:

Elder flowers freshly picked
For the batter

Flour 150g

½ liter of milk
-
1 egg
-
butter 30g
-
¼ teaspoon baking powder
-
salt.
For frying
-
olive oil
-
vanilla sugar (for sprinkling).
PREPARATION

In a bowl put all the ingredients together (except elderflower) and mix them well until the batter is quite liquid.

Put to heat the olive oil in a pan, then dip the elder flowers into the batter and then fry them in hot oil.

Stir on both sides for a few minutes, drain and put them to dry on a paper towel, then sprinkle with icing sugar and serve immediately.
