Fried Cutlets of mushrooms and ham
Ingredients

for 4 people:

4 large porcini mushrooms
-
4 slices of cooked ham
-
2 eggs
-
bread crumbs
-
oil
-
salt.
PREPARATION

Clean the mushroom caps with a damp cloth, then cut them in half width wise and put a slice of ham in the middle, then pass them in the beaten eggs along with a pinch of salt, then in bread crumbs and press well with your hands and finally fry in hot oil and cook for about 20 minutes turning them often.
