Fried Cutlets of mushrooms and ham

Ingredients

  • for 4 people:

  • 4 large porcini mushrooms

  • 4 slices of cooked ham

  • 2 eggs

  • bread crumbs

  • oil

  • salt.

PREPARATION

  1. Clean the mushroom caps with a damp cloth, then cut them in half width wise and put a slice of ham in the middle, then pass them in the beaten eggs along with a pinch of salt, then in bread crumbs and press well with your hands and finally fry in hot oil and cook for about 20 minutes turning them often.

  2. Serve hot.
