Parmigiano Reggiano Tacos

  • Parmigiano Reggiano

  • Spinach

  • Prosciutto

  • Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Put a non-stick pan over medium high heat

  2. Grate Parmigiano Reggiano freshly from the wedge

  3. Add Parmigiano Reggiano into your hot pan, form a circle, pat down and fry until bubbly!

  4. Remove from pan and form taco shapes over a rolling pin

  5. Add spinach, prosciutto and drizzle with balsamic vinegar!
