Ingredients
For 4 people:

Pasta (tubes) 300 gr

cicerchie precooked 250 gr

bacon
-
a clove of garlic
-
1 onion
-
peeled tomatoes
-
chopped parsley
-
1 hot pepper
-
extra virgin olive oil
-
salt.
PREPARATION

In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and the bacon cut into chunks.

Remove the garlic and add the onion cut into thin slices, the counters, the peeled tomatoes chopped and crushed red pepper.

In a saucepan, boil the pasta in salted water, drain it al dente and add to the sauce of grass peas, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
