Salami Chips

Salami Chips


Makes 12 chips (or as many as you desire)

  • 12 very thin slices of salami


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C

  2. Place the salami slices on a baking tray (I line mine with parchment paper for easy clean up).

  3. Bake in the middle rack for 7-10 minutes, turning halfway through. Drain on paper towels.
